Hello Youth Pride Day booth folks,

Thank you for your support! Details for booth check-in are as follows:

1.  Check-in will begin at 10:00 a.m on Saturday, May 3rd.  You should plan on being there and
setting up between 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.

2.  If you have not already paid for your booth, please bring a check made out
to Youth Pride Alliance to the event.

3.  This is a rain or shine event and will be held regardless of the weather
(which right now looks like there will be no rain).  Any decision to cancel the
event due to weather will be made by the sound and stage company for the safety
of our participants and no refunds will be given.

4.  Single booths will be one half of an eight foot table.  Booth assignments
will be given the day of the event. 


5.  Due to park service regulations, you will not be able to sell anything
on-site.  Solicitation of donations is also prohibited. Gathering the names of
attendees for the purpose of later selling items is prohibited (gathering names of
attendees for the purpose of adding them to a general e-mail list is not
prohibited). Also, balloons are not allowed in the park.

 

6. Youth Pride Alliance does not provide tents for booths.  You are welcomed to bring your own.
